High Temperature Lighting Fixtures - Diamond Series
The Diamond series is a high temperature light fixture that has been tested in multiple high-temperature environments by UL. It can provide reliable lighting in scenes with high ceilings and operating temperatures up to 70 degrees Celsius, such as steel plants, foundries, smelters, power plants, chemical plants, etc. Diamond high temperature high bay led lighting has an independent light board and driver module to achieve thermal independence. It is the only heat-resistant light fixture on the market that has an exquisite appearance and can work under such extreme conditions. Straps, pendants, or junction box mounting options are included, enabling end-users to manipulate the high bay led lights for a variety of configurations. Diamond UFOs ranging from 13,000 lumens to 19,500 lumens are suitable for replacing the existing 1000 watt and 400 watts HID high bay in harsh high ambient temperature. You must know that most LED light fixtures cannot operate normally in high temp environments, and their general maximum heat-resistant temperature is between 30-40°C. The heat resistance of the lamp is determined by the working capacity range of the LED chip and the driver. This high temperature light fixture of ours has been designed with these in mind so it can work well above 70°C.
How to ensure that these high-temperature led lights can work in a hot environment?
Our engineers have conducted numerous tests in the laboratory before we officially launched this product. We also invited our customers to assist in testing, one customer installed the lights in a smelter. According to his feedback, the lights are still operating normally at his place. In addition, we also sent the product to the professional organization UL for a high-temperature resistance test. The report shows that the high temperature high bay led light operates normally under an environment of 70°C.
What should I pay attention to when buying a heat resistant light fixture?
Ambient temperature of the application.
Ensure that the ambient temperature of the application you provide is relatively accurate so that we can better evaluate whether the high temp led lights can be used on your site. Generally speaking, the optimal operating temperature is lower than the rated temperature of the led lights.

Diamond high temperature high bay led lighting support 0-10V dimming, which means the lamps can be turned off.
- Washout requirements or humid environment
Whether the site has washout requirements or is located in a humid environment, as a general-purpose lamp, in order to meet the NSF food processing lighting requirements, it has met the washout standard of IP69K, you can contact us for a report.
